Vine Reviews Disappeared After Erroneous Account Suspension – No Help from Support!!

I’m hoping someone here can offer guidance because Amazon Seller Support has been no help at all.
Our account was erroneously suspended for four days, but after proving the suspension was unjustified, Amazon reactivated our account. However, once our listings were back up, all of our Vine reviews disappeared from our ASIN detail pages. These were reviews we paid for through the Vine program.
The strange part is that the reviews still show up in our Vine account, but they are completely missing from our live listings. We've reached out to Seller Support multiple times, but no one can provide a real answer or direct us to a resolution. They keep telling us to reach out to Community Help, but we’ve received no response.
Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you get your Vine reviews reinstated? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This is impacting our business significantly!
