How to get verification code from Trademark411

Hi,

I registered my trademark with Trademark411. Amazon informed me that the verification code has been sent to my correspondence email which is trademark411ʻs email. Do I email them and ask them for the code?

Yes! If the email was sent to them, they will need to give you that code so that you can reply to the case with that code to continue the enrollment process.
