I was trying to create a shipment to France using ATS AVASK for the first time this way. I've confirmed inventory to send, confirmed shipping, chosen Avask as a broker. I've uploaded all document required for the compliance and it's stuck now.

It shows 16 SKU's complete and 60 incomplete even if I uploaded the documents for all (using bulk upload). It's says that import compliance is missing but it's not... Also when I go to add compliance manually it says processing. I did it last Friday, opened case with Amazon. It's Wednesday now and Amazon is still working on it!! I've got a lot of boxes ready for collection. Anyone else having this issue?
