Replacement done by FBA

If you use the amazon template to give customer option to have refund or exchange and the customer replies to have product exchanged and you use FBA does Amazon automatically replace item for the customer from your stock?

Firstly, if this is an FBA order, you should not be talking to the customer, other than to direct them to customer support.
Secondly, you are not able to arrange a replacement via an FBA order.
You would have to have the customer open a return request, provide the label, wait for the item to be returned, then send out the item via a MCF order.

But at the end of the day, you need to direct the customer to Amazon support and then forget about it!

Oh, and you would then be out of pocket for the original item, the refund, the second item and the cost of sending the second item.

Direct buyer to Amazon CS you do not get involved with FBA refunds/returns.
