Where do transferred cases go?
What is this newer trend with cases being transferred? No response whatsoever, no notification that the case was transferred - and no reply ever? Does anyone know how to get an answer when every time a particular issue is brought up, the case gets transferred immediately to never surface again? The particular question is about unexplained adjustments on the Payments report - probably not the most popular question with Amazon but nevertheless relevant when $1000s are taken out without ANY explaining!! If we should be so lucky to have a mod reading, the latest case id is 15401689271.

Yep!! Every Single Time I send a message about "others" under charges, with no explanation, it gets transferred and no matter how many times I inquire there is no response!

they go nowhere, my transferred cases never got answered, customer service is a joke for Amazon doesn't matter if it's on the phone, on the forums, etc. I have enough screenshots and documentation to back it up lol sad but what else can we do Amazon runs the world.

Transferred cases go to someone else email who is already over worked. Transferred, is the word Amazon uses to make the seller with a problem Think there will be an answer coming in the future, when it is not going to happen.

Transferred cases are never resolved, they just go into the abyss.

Once your case is transferred it is marked as answered and you will never get a resolution. You might as well go ahead and open a new case to try to get the problem resolved. All transferred cases completely vanish from Amazon's system.
