Amazon FBA

We compete with Amazon FBA and other sellers for the same products but we always seem to get the orders with more delivery jeopardy ie Northern Ireland, Scottish isles and EU countries that order off the UK site.

We get a larger proportion of refunds due to these delivery address's.

Do they bump the orders to other sellers in these case's?

Thanks

Have you looked at viewing amazon as if you want delivery to an address in those areas? Its possible the other sellers either have

a) turned off EU and NI sales anyway due to the incoming GPSR regulations or

b) have increased their postage costs to try to put off those customers

Advice provided by @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh is very accurate (thank you for your assistance), if the other sellers have their inactive sales on EU-NI and you have it active, most likely that is the reason why you receive mostly orders from that regions.

Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support channel.
