Problems with FBA Shipping and Receiving

Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my FBA inventory for almost a month now, but I haven’t received a solution yet. Back in September, I sent a shipment id FBA18GBZWTVB and FBA18GC6VTYP with two variations of my product. However, 132 units from two boxes are not reflected correctly in my stock. In the Inventory Ledger, these units are listed under the wrong ASIN.

In those two shipments I should have received 198 units of B0DHLFJSDS and 300 units of B0DHLGL9XJ

Total affected units: 132

📌 The strange part is:

The shipment is closed, but those two boxes are still marked as "In Transit."

I cannot see these units in my stock under the correct variation.

My 3PL correctly labeled all products and boxes, so it seems like the issue occurred at Amazon’s fulfillment center.

I have already opened cases with Amazon, but no resolution yet.

🔹 Opened cases with Amazon:

Case ID 1: 17421848531

Case ID 2: 17298108761

Case ID 3: 17403518171

Case ID 4: 17287785861

📌 Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

📌 How can I get Amazon to adjust my inventory correctly?

📌 Should I escalate this in another way?

I’d really appreciate any advice or insights from those who have dealt with something like this before. Thanks in advance!
