reactivate your account button not allowing any submission of documents
my account health shows a banner of "reactivate your account" when i click on it, it takes me to the identity information page where the submission button is disabled. i am not able to submit anything there. can you please allow it to submit so i can get the account sorted.

Can you check your notification performance page and see if there is any information received from Amazon regarding your account deactivation?
