Buy Box on a Product: No resolution since June, 25th, 2024
Hi,
I lost a buy box on an ASIN (Private label). since June 25th, 2024. The ASIN has the lowest offer on all marketplaces.
I have contacted Seller Support, and I keep getting the answer: we are looking into it. The internal team is looking into it.
It is nearly 2 months and I don't know what else to do! I keep calling and contacting them with no resolution. Any advice?
