10 orders in a row waiting on payments pending some over 30 days old
I had 10 orders in a row where the payments are pending, some are 30 days old. What is going on with my inventory? I find it hard to believe that all 10 orders IN A ROW are waiting one payments for 3 or 4 weeks.
please help.

If these are FBA orders it's possible that your inventory is moving between warehouses and so the customer's card can't be charged until it ships.
