Can I sell a bundle of multiple brands?

Here's an example of what I mean. Product X is a household item that most people buy in a 12-pack or higher, there are many different popular brands that produce item X. I'd like to offer say a 10-pack, one of each popular brand, so the customer can try them all and choose their favorite. If I don't name any of the brands and just say "10 of the top X brands", is this allowed? I wouldn't show any photos of their labels either.

And if this is allowed, what happen if someone in feedback mentions the brands they received?

Lol! And how the customer knows what he buys? You will most probably get no sales at all for such an anonymous surprise product! And what would you put in your pictures instead of the products?

No, seriously. You can do that like for any brand, no matter if you sell 1 unit or 10 under the condition that you have:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address".

You can do that, yes, but people like to know exactly what they are buying. Especially here on Amazon. Making a bundle of different products isn't prohibited, but one brand is difficult enough, having various brands in a pack opens you up to all sorts of potential brand infringement claims that would probably negate any profit you'd make in the long run.

If you get permission to do this from brands and they are fully on board with it, then it can be a great strategy if you can keep the logistics together.

I would check Amazon Help about bundles. My recollection is bundles need to be made by the manufacturer and have their barcode attached.

I wouldn't do this. You are asking for not just one competitor to come after you, but several. Your thinking process is very nice though and customer oriented. I would recommend something like e-b-a-y for such a custom product. Even if you plan to have the same product in each bundle each time. Amazon listings should be for single branded items that the customer can purchase new as if from the manufacturer and authorized 3p sellers. Altering the packaging and the way the unit is ordered is a violation.

Especially if you open the packs and the item was 'not valid for single use'.

Hope this helps, good luck!~

Hello @Seller_bej6pyCmlC76G,

It looks like you got some answers from our seasoned sellers below. If their response helped you, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful reply” using the 3 dots in the corner of their post. Just in case others have the same issue, the Most Helpful Reply feature brings the selected response right to the top of your thread. When you're referring to not disclosing brand names on images, that might cause customer distrust and issues with the listing. Make sure you're thoroughly reviewing the Product image requirements page, specifically section titled 'All product images' in which the product must be accurately represented.

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the information provided above.

I don't think you can add more than 5 items on a bundle. You also, from what I know, have to be brand registered.

You might be better off making a pack and then shipping them in together instead of using a bundle. Use Amazon's FNSKU instead of UPC.

Just make sure you have invoices from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor AND that you are allowed to sell all of the brands first.

If you look around you will see many sellers doing this. Just use your own brand and not one in the variety pack. It would be similar to a gift basket.
