Urgent Assistance Needed: Stuck on Amazon Seller Central Issue

We’re currently at a complete standstill on Amazon Seller Central due to an unexpected issue, and we urgently need guidance from anyone who has faced something similar.
The Problem:
A simple update to a bullet point on our listing triggered a flag categorizing it under "pesticides." Because we’re not based in the U.S., this restriction has completely locked us out of accessing or editing the listing.
What We’ve Tried:
- Attempted to update the bullet point to remove the flag but am blocked from making changes.
- I was informed I need to be the "winning brand representative" to update the attribute. However, as the brand owner and sole account holder, I already receive all brand-related notifications.
- Created multiple support tickets, but responses have been repetitive and unhelpful.
- Live chat ends without resolution or provides scripted responses.
- Email support copies and pastes advice that doesn’t address the specific issue.
The Loop:
- To remove the pesticide category flag, I need to update the bullet point.
- To update the bullet point, I need access to the listing.
- Access is blocked due to the pesticide restriction.
We’re completely stuck and need a solution urgently. If anyone has successfully escalated or resolved a similar issue, please share your insights or advice.

Thanks for posting here. I see that Seller Support updated case 16769499211 and has taken actions to update the bullet points for you, and to allow up to 48 hours for the update to propagate. Please let me know if you have any other concerns.
