Six hours have gone by and still unable to print labels. Orders are stacking up and we are starting to worry. Are there any mods that can give us an estimate on when this glitch might be fixed? This has happened before, but it usually corrects itself before too long.

Same here, been trying for 9 hours now and still can't print shipping labels. Still getting the same message: No carriers are currently available for your shipment. Please wait 15 minutes and try again.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. In situations like these you can always go outside of buy shipping and purchase shipping elsewhere. I can see in the case you provided Seller Support did need additional information to try to get this resolved.
