Selling items that are new but have been slightly damaged

Hi all,

I have some items( 20 items) that have been slightly damaged. They are new toys but the back of the box has come off. They are unused and new but can i sell them at a cheaper rate as they are damaged? What condition should I use? is there a special process for this?

All advice/info is appreciated.

Thanks

you can’t sell them “new” and I think you’ll find Amazon require all toys on their site to be new not used

Maybe "New - open box" is the best condition so that people don't expect a new shiny box, but also know that they're paying for something new.

You choose the appropriate condition from Amazon's policy and ensure it is accurately described in the condition notes with photos.
