There is no button to upgrade the Vine enrollment tier
We received an email from Amazon (shown below) that says that sellers can now upgrade their Vine enrollment tier within 30 days of the enrollment in Vine. The email also refers the reader to a link in Seller Central that describes how the Vine program works in general.
However, in the Vine administration interface for sellers, there is no button to increase the tier of our recently enrolled products.
Additionally, the link to the Seller Central documentation provided by Amazon in the email makes no mention of how to upgrade the Vine enrollment tier for a product.
How does a seller upgrade their Vine enrollment tier in the way described in this email from Amazon?
