United State store status inactive

My United State store status was made inactive because I did not have inventory listed in the last few months as it takes time to made and delivered the inventories. Finally, it arrived, and just a few days before it arrived, my United State store status was made inactive . And my inventory become stranded.

I was asked to update my charge method, but my charge method was valid(monthly fee charge sucessfully every month). As the charge method only accept credit card and I only have one credit card, so I put in again all my credit card details. It is shown charge method update successfully.

It is still invalid now, I chat online with a support officer, he provided me a caseID and advised me to wait. Would you please advise how can this process be speed up? I think moving an account to invalid in 3-4 months time is not reasonable as it takes time to get the first stock in. Thank you.

You have to fix your stranded inventory. Now your store status shows inactive because there are no products in your inventory. You have nothing to sell (since stranded), so the store is inactive.

Sounds like you are using a debit card (and yes, the monthly fees will be deducted), but you need a valid credit card to sell/list on Amazon.
