Still missing Featured Offer Eligibility (Books, DVDs)
Hello, I'd like someone to look into my account Featured Offer eligibility status in the Books & DVDs categories.
I had my books buy box eligibility removed for a few months now without explanation, and have been selling DVDs for years without being granted featured offer eligibility.
My IPI score is excellent and Account Health is in top standing for Amazon FBA. I'm hoping to get this resolved.

You have probably already done this, but try searching for one of your books as an Amazon customer.
Likely the same goes for DVDs.
What shows up first is any Amazon Kindle edition.
Then the paperback, if available, and after that the hardcover, if Amazon sells them.
Buried 5-8 screens later, if the buyer has not already purchased, and is quite persistent, are the books of Amazon 3rd party sellers, many of whom have been selling books here for10+ years.
Good luck selling any used books or DVDs on Amazon now.
This scheme has been in place for several months, and you are not the only suffering media seller.
