Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand your concern regarding the reinstatement of ASIN: B07JNSJLFP.

We've reviewed and found that there are no product images in the product attributes.

Upload all relevant images of your product in Seller Central.

To upload the product images, follow these steps:

1. Go to "Inventory" and click "Manage all inventory".

2. Click "Manage images" from the drop-down next to your product. This will open the Product Detail Page.

3. Go to the "Images" tab.

4. Upload the images. A maximum of nine images are allowed. You can arrange the order after uploading.

5. Edit and click "Save and finish".

So,

I uploaded some photos taken from my phone as asked but they were not deemed acceptable.

( i am presuming i need photos from a respected source}

They asked me to update the listing even though it is inactive as an Asin and i have never tried to sell this asin, so i am not quite sure what

a. I have done wrong

b. need to do

I replied to the request as such,

As i said previously, i had no intention of selling this Asin as it had more than one product page at the time and i didn't want to infringe on any TOS's.

I have been unable for the past couple of years to keep up with selling on Amazon as you can tell by my inactivity due to having contracted Long Covid.

I had previously closed this listing when i first received the email about the Account Health issue.

It seems a little pointless uploading some pictures when the listing is

a. Not active on amazon

b. I have no intention of selling the Asin

I have uploaded some pictures (taken from my phone) as you have asked me to do but i have no intention of selling this Asin but I am only doing as you have asked me to do to clear the flag in my Account Health.

If there is anything else that you require, i shall endeavor to do it promptly to resolve this issue.

I received this reply,

If you don't want to proceed with this appeal, you can acknowledge the violation by clicking "Submit new information" on your Account Health dashboard and acknowledging the options provided. If you have already acknowledged it, there is no other action required from you.

If you don’t acknowledge the violation, the policy violation warning will remain on your Account Health dashboard for 180 days.

So i am just after a little advice on how best to approach this if that is possible.

Thank you for any time that you take to review this.

Regards Kevin

So first of all, the copyright could literally be anything. Though Dreamworks is the likely culprit.

However, if you have this product in your Manage Inventory - even if you aren't selling it or have stock - that is still enough for it to flag.

So first of all - delete the item itself from Manage Inventory.

Not sure what you are seeing when you have to acknowledge the violation. Sometimes this does clear the violation with no impact, but not always.
