about an order/cusomer
I have a buyer wanting to cancel the order, as they email us directly through amazon itself. The order was dispatched/Shipped on the day of purchase as I had up to Friday to dispatched the order, but was made on time.

She hasn't really given me any reason why she wants to cancel the order,
all she said was "Cancel this order" on the message/email.
She Brought 2X "9ft Banner Happy 9th Birthday Pink holographic".
What should I do and how should I deal with this, also is she trying to scammed me too.
Any help or advice would be much appeached! Thank You!

given the order has been shipped you either reject the cancellation (if that option is presented) or just advise the customer as the order has already been shipped it is too late to cancel.
I’d also advise them that if they wish they can open a return request on receiving the order and return the item for a refund, however they would be liable for the return postage.

as its a message, not a cancel request via the amazon system
just reply along the lines of
its not possible to cancel an order that has already shipped, upon receipt of the goods you can open a return request, and upon receipt of the goods back here a full refund will be issued
