Amazon FBA Ships my product without its protective packaging

Hi everyone
My products are shipped to Amazon in outers of 6 product
Each Individual product is supplied in a protective shipping carton to protect the presentation box/
FBA seem to strip off the protective carton and ship it unprotected. How can I ask Amazon not to do this as the product appears to sometimes get to the customer in a poor condition probably increasing increased returns rates?

The item you send in needs to be inside a box or bag if it has bits on outside etc. This is not going to go with your item.

As mentioned above its likely to be to do with where the barcode is, around 40% of our stock goes in packed like that which needs no prep the barcode is on the box never had an issue.

Amazon has been sending out £200 items of ours to customers without any outer box. The gift box the item comes in has artwork clearly showing the expensive item inside. Amazon ships it as is and with Covid19 measures dictate, their delivery drivers leave these items at front doors of customers for all to see. So our £200 are going missing (stolen) or the customer expects that an item that costs £200 should really have more than just it’s original box.

We’ve been asking Amazon for 3 months now to remove this item from SOIC (Ship In Own Container) but Amazon refuse to do it despite us getting negative seller feedbacks regularly because of it.

Just another Amazon joke and the customer blames us and not Amazon.

Amazon wins again and the seller loses.
