Copyright infringment
I recently discovered a person on amazon selling a kit containing parts of my book.
I have a copyright certificate that protects me but when I report the product amazon tells me the following.
Thank you for your message. In reviewing your claim, it appears that your objection is to the title of this book and/or its inclusion of content similar to your own work. Please note that copyright protection does not extend to the title of a particular work and only covers your own particular expression of an idea.
It is not possible for us to make a comparison of the texts. If, after reviewing the full text of each work, you believe that the referenced book(s) contain text written by you without your permission, please send a new notice of copyright infringement and include specific examples for review.
When I at no time say that I am claiming the title but the expression as they say of my idea.What should I show amazon to review the case?

Have a lawyer show them a letter where Amazon is being named a co-defendant in a copyright infringement case.

If it were my book, I would hire an attorney with both experience with copyright protection and proven experience dealing with Amazon.
