No Buybox- No sales
Hello Everyone,
I am new seller to Amazon, and able to launch product on 16 December, first few days I was getting 1-2% buybox and able to sell3 units. After 10 days, I never get featured box and never able to sell any units. The buybox not even rotating in all sellers. It always with the few sellers. So because of no sales, I am getting worried because this inventory is of value 6500usd and then there is monthly Amazon fba fees, storage fees, overhead cost, etc. Everything is good, no negative feedback, no order defect rate. Account is also healthy. Please don’t respond me with generic response. I already read all the things about buybox. Please help me it’s been 60-70 days i am not getting any buybox. Price is also minimum. Stock position is also good. Thanks

Hello @Seller_PpWsvypxldxKo- appreciate you turning to the forums for some insight on the Featured Offer.
Unfortunately there are many factors involved in determining this, not all of which are shared, even internally. I can recommend using the tool on this help page to check if your listings are eligible, but since eligibility does not guarantee your listing will become the featured offer, making sure these best practices are adhered to is the best next step.
Can you help share if your listings are currently appearing as eligible?

You need to use FBA to get close to getting a buy box, even sometimes on products that you have Trademark and sell with no competition. Amazon is getting rid of the 3rd party sellers to promote FBA sellers and items sold directly from Amazon.com. You need to prepare for a future without Amazon being part of your business model.
I sold $975,000/year on Amazon 3 years ago, and even before Covid we did $350,000/year. This most recent year we did not crack the $100,000 mark.
