I still don’t receive the OTP code. I have started account recovery and sent in a copy of my national ID two days ago, contacted Seller Support on my occasions but they keep fobbing me off. I verified if it is the right number, deleted the cookies, send several messages to the customer service with no problem solving. They just answer by automatic message, copy and paste with no real understanding.
