Policy violation for an item I don't even sell!
I have received a message informing me I'm selling a forbidden item (T Zone Coldsore Cream) in the Belgian region - I don't even sell this product, never mind sell in Belgium! My store is on Permanent Holiday mode for any other region than the UK.
As a result, my Account Health is being affected. Absolutely crazy.
I have submitted the appeal, but I shouldn't have to "appeal" something I do not sell.

Did you opt out of the recent changes where listings are put on Eu sites? Is Belgium definitely on holiday and not hacked?

As if by magic, this issue has now disappeared from my account with zero messages, zero e-mails. Panic for nothing.
When people are struggling as it is, we don't need needless tinkering behind the scenes that'll show it's face in the worst way possible.
Luckily I'm only a small-scale seller, I would hate to have thousands on account and for this to happen.

Hello @Seller_TgKLFLfQtrZyy,
I am glad that the violation disappeared from your Belgium account; however, I would like to take a look into this. Could you please share the ASIN with me here?
Also, did you check the International Build International Listing tool to make sure that there is no connection between your home marketplace and the Belgium one?
To avoid any potential negative impact on your Account Health Dashboard, it's good to remove all products from the inventory of the store that you don't want to sell, even the ASINs that have inactive status.
Regards
Sakura
