I am constantly getting stolen from, AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO!!!
I am constantly having people claim they did not receive packages, and I sell products worth at least $200 at a time. EVERY DAY! Today I had to refund another $500 because a customer who recieved his package 29 days ago claimed he did not receive it.
Since I am from Canada, I cannot EVEN PURCHASE SHIPPING FROM AMAZON to secure my sales. It is not available in Canada, only USA. Any sale I make, I am gambling with the customer's intentions and moral standing. This is ridiculous!!!
Why am I posting here? Because Amazon Canada seller forums is a ghost town. No one replies. I don't know what to do anymore...
