Suspected Intellectual Property Violations
12 of my ASINs were deactivated for Suspected Intellectual Property Violations. Amazon is saying I need a licensing agreement to include certain brand images in my products. I think it's in error and Amazon is just pasting the same response. I don't think they're having a person actually review the situation. Can someone help me get additional help with this?

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.……
"in my products"
Did YOU create new products and are using images from branded items in those products?

What YOU (or any of us on here) think doesn't matter. AMAZON holds all the power and if THEY think you need a license you need a license unless you can get the brand to notify Amazon that one is not required.
If you are buying brand direct, most/many of the brand websites will have requirements for using their images buried deep in the dealer agreements or website.
