Appeal Rejected Repeatedly – Amazon Asking for “Disassociation” from Account I Never Owned
Hello sellers,
I’m reaching out for advice after exhausting all formal appeal routes.
My Amazon was deactivated due to a suspected link with another account which is owned by my Roommate or Housemate we can say. While we share a household, I have never owned, accessed, or had any operational or financial connection to that account.
I’ve submitted:
• A notarized affidavit affirming independent ownership
• Bank statements showing Amazon charges in my personal account
• Government-issued ID and utility bill
• A detailed timeline of all events
Amazon keeps replying with a request to provide a termination agreement or evidence I “no longer own the other account” — which is not possible because I never owned it to begin with.
If I never had ownership, how can I prove a separation that never existed?
Has anyone faced and overcome this? Is there a way to escalate outside the appeal loop?
Any advice would be truly appreciated.
Thank you.
