using parent Asin from USa in Canada marketplace with variants

Hi,

I'm trying to copy the parent Asin from my US marketplace to the Canada marketplace so I can add new variants which I want to sell only in Canada.

I have not found any option to copy the parent asin, only the child Asins.

I don't want to lose my reviews and start over only because I'm changing my packaging for Canada.

Any ideas how to do that?

download a category listing report in US. It shows all the details including the parent SKU, title, brand name.

You may copy the variation section so know the parent SKU where the child ASINs are linked.

You can also copy the title of the parent SKU so you could create it and variate the listings in CA marketplace. Download a feed file in CA and fill parent SKU, child SKU, varaition section and variation theme attributes

The steps from @Seller_yGuYu1p04QuZ5 should work but you also could make a different Parent SKU/Parent ASIN instead if that's easier. You can have a different parent ASIN with no impact to your Product Reviews. Product Reviews are directly tied to the children ASINs, not the parent ASIN. The Parent ASIN is only used to build the variation and has no impact beyond collecting all the reviews of the children ASINs in one spot. Even if you deleted and made an entirely new parent ASIN, no reviews should be lost.
