It sounds like you may be under an account review or you are dealing with escalating sales. Both will tie up funds until circumstances are met.

I recommend reviewing account level reserves in seller university.

Thanks for the post. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

You will be able to see common reasons for account level reserves HERE.

Please also note that it is very common for some sellers to see almost 100% of their sales go into the reserves due to increase in sales, returns, etc.

If you are able to share the most recent seller support cases ID with me in this thread I will be able to take a look at it and see if I am able to escalate or see what is going on.
