EU account have been de-activated
I am trying to update the main image on our product, and have been told by seller support that this is due to our EU accounts being de-activated ( UK is active, Belgium is active, the rest are de-activated )
If I try and re-activate them, I am send to a page which says everything is fine and submitted and asks me for nothing new?
Support are sending me around in circles, even had one suggestion that I have to contact each country ( in their own language ) and try and sort? this is all for accounts that we did not ask for, do not need, and cannot remove? ( just to update an image on our UK product )
Going slightly crazy and amazed by the lack of support.
Any ideas?

If you 'edit' product remove the unwanted marketplaces.

It has been understood that you are unable to edit your listings in UK market place as the other accounts are deactivated.
