We have submitted all of the relevant documentation, photos, lab reports etc.

Our brand is Birdie Bae and we are trying to sell Baby Loungers on Amazon USA.

Our product has been classified under Cradle & Bassinet – please see images below.

These were all submitted on June 4th, 2024. After we had not heard anything regarding the review for the three ASINS we contacted seller support. We were informed that the reviews can take up to 15 business days. If after 15 business days, the review was still not complete they would be able to escalate our case. The case was then escalated on day 15 to Product Safety & compliance. We are very confused because the last email from them advised the below.

We have reviewed your request and have concluded that your product is subject to the compliance requirements. In order to list your product on Amazon you must submit the documents requested. This product may be removed if the compliance documents are not received

Why are they still asking for compliance documents when they were submitted now 20 business days ago. Then overnight they have come back and stated that they are closing the case. We are very confused and frustrated as we have done everything that compliance have requested. We have called seller support and account health numerous times for help and no one is able to help us. The case number is 15485671031.
