I am facing an issue while trying to reactivate my account. Here's a summary of the problem:
- My account was deactivated because my registered address was identified as a virtual address, and I could not provide the required proof of address at that time.
- Since then, I have updated my company's address to a physical location and now have all the necessary documents to verify it.
- However, when I try to open a support case, the case gets closed automatically without any resolution. Additionally, I am unable to find any option to update my address on the platform.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and reactivating my account. Please let me know the steps I need to follow to submit my updated address proof.
