These are critical bugs that make it impossible to work. We created case ID: 18292044291, which contains all the relevant information and IDs.
Initially, however, we received an unrelated response (Captain Obvious explained how the reports work).
After we requested an escalation of the case, the traditional slowdown of the problem began:
We acknowledge your inquiry regarding the discrepancies found between your Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) fees reports and SKU Economics Report.
We have contacted our escalations team for information regarding your issue.
We will contact you as soon as we have an update or if we require further information. We encourage you to wait for our response and assure you that our teams are working on your request.
And now we're playing the waiting game.
We have our own ERP platform. It is only for our own use; we don't sell it. I can confidently say that it is more functional and accurate than Helium, for example.
However, working with Amazon is a pain in the neck. You make changes without notifying anyone and, after you do, something usually stops working.
Amazon guys! We are your most canonical client-partner. We actively use your reports and APIs, which you spent years developing.
Maybe it would make sense for you to respond promptly to our requests and collaborate with us.?
