account deactivated in error due to supposed multiple accounts
My account was deactivated because Amazon claims I have another seller account. Every time I try to contact support I receive the same template email asking me to provide proof I never owned another account (which I obviously cannot provide).
I cannot close a deactivated account and I keep getting messages asking me to update my payment information. I need to speak to someone who can look into what is happening here, as I am not a professional seller, I'm just selling a few bits and bobs I have around the house. Amazon is totally wasting my time.
