Just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on how to get UPS to look into an FBA warehouse delivery when its shipped via amazon partner carrier? Last time I tried to open a case with amazon they said they have to wait until months for it to close to investigate.

UPS claim wont work either as I am not technically the shipper in their eyes and it doesnt work online.

I sent 5 full cases, all of which are "delivery delay" for days within the same city. Usually gets there same day as its literally 20mins away. Not sure if YXU1 warehouse is not taking more shipments currently or what, but UPS wont give me any information as "amazon is the shipper" and last message from UPS was "package left the carrier facility" with an estimated date that was the 21st, to now saying "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible."

Just thought I would see if there were any tips from seller experience how to get answers for situations like these?
