OTP been sent to old numb - How to get it on new number

OTP been sent to old numb - How to get it on new number

Hi All,
I have changed my number & new number is showing on all relevant places but OTP is still going to the old numb, How do I get this changed.
Need this to be done asap as need OTP for bank verification.
Please Help…

Hello,

Thanks for your post.

In Seller Central, go to Settings > Login Settings > Edit to view your settings. Click on the Edit button next to the item that you want to change and follow the on-screen instructions to change and save your Two-Step Verification Settings.

As there is an underlying buyer account linked to your seller account the information could be located there if you have followed all the steps for the seller account. If you can access the buyer side of your account you will need to check the Login & security section of Your Account.
If you are unable to access this section in the buyer account you will need have your OTP and 2 Step Verification information reset.

In order to have your 2 step verification reset you will need to access the following page and login when you open the link in step 1: Recover Your Account after Two-Step Verification Fails

For security purposes it is not possible for anyone in Seller Support or Customer Services to reset the information on your account without following the process of uploading the requested information.

When you provide the requested information the team will review your account and you will receive an update within 1-2 days.
