Vine Review- changed their review 2 months later
Hey guys! Hoping to get some insight here....
Submitted my product for Vine review-
1st Review back - 5 stars
2nd Review back - 4 stars
Everything looking great- good feedback
Original 1st reviewer then changed their review to 2 stars after 2 MONTHS- this destroyed my rating as I'm only new. The reason for change was very strange- stated "hard assembly" (original review was very easy assembly etc), I have screenshots of original review (because I was so pumped it was 5 stars for my first review!)
Is there anything I can do here? I feel like I'm in a pickle because of this one review change..
Any advice would be helpful,

Reviews from the Vine program follow the same guidelines as regular reviews.
However, if you feel the Review update violates our Community Guidelines, use the Report abuse link next to the review to report it. You can also send email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
