French regulations
I have just received a phone call from Amazon France about product compliance. Unfortunately I could not understand him very well. His English was good but he had a very strong accent.
Anyway, he said every product I sell had to have safety information uploaded and 6 photos sent (one of each side). This is obviously hundreds of hours of work. Not that he seemed to care.
He said there was a dashboard but I can not find it. There is a ‘get started with EPR’ tile on the front page but when I click on that it says the page can not be found.
Does anyone know how to locate this page?

I only sell branded products and I have added the responsible person info for all of the products on the RP dashboard. There are dozens of products on it but these are products that I deleted months ago.
This sounds like it is something more than the responsible person. Maybe I have just misunderstood the chap that called me. I thought why would he call me if I am fully compliant.
It wouldn’t be out of character for Amazon to set a load of hares running. I am still annoyed about how many hours I spent trying to sort OSS out based on a pop up that Amazon sent me. It now seems likely that was a red herring too.

After exchanging a few emails with Seller Support it seems this is nothing new.
Honestly!
There is so much wrong with Amazon and they waste their resources with this.
