Hello @Seller_88kcrkLZ9oMAJ,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the order situation you're facing. I understand your concern about the refund issued for a food product order.

While it's correct that food products are generally considered non-returnable due to potential safety risks as ingestible items, customers can still request a refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Amazon's policy regarding food products is that they are eligible for a refund or replacement, but not for returns. This means that customers cannot ship the food item back to the seller, as it could pose health and safety risks during transit.

However, if a customer receives a food product that is damaged, expired, or not as described in the listing, they have the right to request a refund or a replacement order from the seller. In such cases, Amazon may issue a refund to the customer or facilitate a replacement order, without requiring the original item to be returned.

You can find more information about Amazon's policies regarding returns in the following help page: Amazon.ca Returns Policy.

In your specific case, it seems that the customer received the order (702-0181834-8068263) but requested a refund, citing the reason "Product not as described." Amazon likely issued the refund based on the customer's claim that the product did not match the description or their expectations.

If you believe the refund was issued incorrectly or have additional information that could support your case, you can reach out to Seller Support and provide them with the order details, along with any relevant evidence or documentation.

I hope this explanation clarifies Amazon's policies regarding food product refunds and returns. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
