My Account was deactivated because I don't have a Tax Identification Number (TIN). I'm an individual and non-US also.

Foreign vendors must submit a US withholding certificate (W-8 series of forms) with an Employer Identification Number (EIN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or Social Security Number (SSN) in order to claim an exemption from or reduction in withholding.

I understand you are currently working to be compliant with the INFORM Consumers Act and need to complete your tax verification interview.

@Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI is correct here, which means you will need a W-8 form, which will be generated after you complete the tax questionnaire.

You should have tax information which will be based on your address and country. Do you have this? If so, please enter it into the questionnaire.

Please continue to utilize this thread to provide updates or ask further questions, as the forums community and I are here to help.

All the best,

Stevie
