amazon is not updating product description
Hello,
There is a listing with a global big brand where it says in the product title 30ml, on the bullet points 30ml and on the picture 30ml. But down below, there is a size field where it says 300ml which is clearly wrong. Even title size mini travel size. A customer raise a refund request by saying, she thought its 300ml :)
I am raising a case to point this error and putting a product link to the original brand webpage and saying, hey look at this product, there isnt such 300 ml size, can you change ? Their reply : Please contact with brand owner. They can change only. Like how ? Can you go to a brand like adidas and say : hey you have this page and you need to update :) who is even that contact in brands? i cant find the write contacts. Amazon should have brand managers to do that. In this topic they dont even need that. Its super clear. Why amazon customer support doesnt use a common sense and take "OWNERSHIP" which is a leadership principle in amazon and update the product listing ? Why they follow only scripted answers ? Anyone had a similar experience on changing a product detail ?
