BUSINESS ACCOUNT

I have tried to open an AMAZON business account but keep getting rejected. Tried at least four times. Everytime I get a message that states it can't be opened because a previous business account was closed. I never had a business account this is my first try. Spoke to phone support for what seemed like hours to no avail, Nothing works.Is there anythoing I can do too get this approved?
