we have been on here many many years and out of the blue amazon put us through verification today.
Uploaded everything okay but they have come back asking for this:
Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register).
we have no idea what this is? or where to get it?

Are you a Limited company - if so the info is on Compnies House (your accountant should have submitted this info) If not - check that Amazon for some reason, havent go you registered as such - or see what type of business you are down as. Only Limited Companies have this info.
