Amazon seller support is pathetic, there is riots going on in my district and i submitted a ticket that internet is shutdown in my area and i am unable to fullfill the order, but they replied with a very generic canned email. Is this is the level of support we expect from amazon ?? Now i dont know what to do my seller metric's are getting hammered but support is useless.
