No Sales for the past 3 days account is in good standing sales went from 10k to S120.00

I have checked my account and everything is ok with the account. I have also called health support were they confirmed that the account is in good standing. None of my items have the buy box and when you go to one of my products it says "see all buying options"

Please Amazon help

I have checked your account and you are a retail arbitrage seller.

The downside of this is that sales are not protected. Anything can happen. Vendor Central (Amazon.com) can immediately win the buy box on all of your products and your sales will decline dramatically. I don't see you winning the buy box on anything.

Yes, there some huge problems here. Ask seller support to find out if you listings are indexed, ask them to refresh your listings. You can do this by giving them an active listing report.

Ask them to check which servers are down.

This is seriously embarrassing on Amazons part not to notice this.

This change has hurt thousands of sellers

Crazy.. slow.. In almost 24 years it has never been like this.. Something is broken.. and most likely it is the catalog.. I try to buy from Amazon,, but sometimes forced to go to other sites because of the catalog bringing up many unrelated items to wade through when I search..

That has happened to me as well. No buy box. they said i needed to enter a feature price. That box is grey and can't be clicked on. Still waiting for a fix.
