MCF Issues: Incredibly Slow/Late Service
Is anyone else experiencing HORRIBLE service by Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)? We constantly have orders pending for WEEKS. What is going on? We have noticed this typically happens when MCF order is for the last item we have.
It's totally killing our on-time delivery rate on other platforms, so much so that we got downgraded on another well-known platform. And what's bad is we only ship about 10-20% of our orders via MCF if that. Most everything we ship locally here but utilize the service for overflow where we ran out of stock first.
Are we the only retailer experiencing this?

Thanks for posting! I haven't seen many other sellers discussing a similar issue recently. However I do recommend you reach out to the MCF support team if you haven't already, and request some information on as to why this may be happening.
