Delivery Speed Metrics for SFP Not Displaying Since 11/1/2023

Is anyone else using SFP and have the Delivery Speed Metrics missing since 11/1? I opened a case but I don't know how we are supposed to make sure we are meeting the metrics if we can't view our progress. Thanks

I opened a case a few days ago; they basically just said they're aware and they're working on it.

Same here, no data for over a week now, since November 1st.

Isn't this metric obsolete at this point anyway in light of the latest changes in SFP operations? Or does it still play a role in SFP eligibility or /and help with BuyBox?

The general feedback has been "We're working on it"

I spoke with Seller Support over the phone and as per usual (lately) they have no idea what is happening, when it will be fixed, if it's been full addressed, or how our accounts will be impacted overall.

In my personal opinion, Amazon is attempting to rely too much on an automated system that has more broken code than a Grand Theft Auto video game. They've let too much get circumvented by AI and it's only going to get worse before it gets better.

Again, that's just my extra 2 cents and feeling on the matter.
