All of my funds are in account level reserve
All of my funds are in account level reserve and there has been no email on why is that happening. I did contact seller support but there has been no resolution. I opened case ID 15693228221 got transferred, and there is no response from amazon yet.
My account is currently in a Healthy Status, no Claims, and all my banking and other information is up-to-date.
can you please escalate this and let me know what the issue is?

Thank you for your patience. I have been advised by our Merchant Credit team that a temporary hold has been placed on your account, this will expire in the next 4 days, disbursements of your funds will resume after that.
Please let me know if they don't after those 4 days.
