Unable to Use Manufacturer Barcode for FBA - Mods please help
We manufacture and sell 5 products on Amazon. These products are all identical apart from size and quantity. We are also the registered brand owner with Amazon for all of these products. We are able to use our manufacturer barcode for FBA with 4 of these products with no issues. We currently have to place an Amazon barcode over our manufacturer barcode for the fifth product (ASIN: B000X98XS4). I have created a new SKU (PPS-stickerless) for this ASIN with the intention of using our manufacturer barcode for FBA tracking. When going to create a shipment for the new SKU, I receive a message that “This SKU is not eligible to use manufacturer barcode for tracking”. We’ve held off on shipping more inventory to FBA in hopes of finding a solution.
I have created 3 tickets over 2 months (case IDs 17189931901, 17515215101, and 17635902781 – still open) and spent hours on the phone with support with no progress. I keep getting passed around between departments who all insist I need to speak with someone else. My understanding is that we would need to go through Brand Registry for an exemption.
Any help a mod could provide with bringing this to a resolution would be greatly appreciated.

We recently had stranded inventory appear under SKU "396162506-1197920269699", which seems to be the SKU using our manufacturer barcode for this ASIN. I receive an error when I try to send inventory to FBA using this SKU. I've created case ID 17647562241 to try and clear the errors to be able to use our manufacturer barcode for this ASIN. Seller support has been no help on this issue going back 3 months now.
We'd be very grateful if any mods could help us get this addressed.
