Issues Getting ASIN Reactivated - FCC Info

I have an ASIN that was flagged due to an invalid FCC ID. After further investigation, we found that the item did not require an FCC ID. ASIN B09GJLCJ35 is covered by a Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC). I updated the listings with the proper SDoC attributes in the FCC Radio Frequency Emissions Compliance section of the product listing prior to the July 17th 2024 deadline. I also provided signed SDoC documentation for the ASIN proving its compliance with SDoC. The item still got suspended.

I continue to struggle with Support as the answer is always "enter a FCC ID". I have had several calls with Account Health Specialists who attempt to escalate internally but still the same answer - enter a FCC ID for the ASIN....

I don't know where to go from here and we continue to loose sales. Any suggestions on how I can get this issue addressed and the listings reactivated?
